The Very Rev. Jeff Wolfe, OSFoc, VG


The Very Rev (Fr) Jeff Wolfe, OSFoc, VG, is an ordained Catholic Priest and a Franciscan Friar in the Old Catholic Church, serves in the Diocese of the Epiphany in Indianapolis, Indiana, and is Vicar General & Director of the National OCCI Office of Chaplains (https://chaplains.myocci.or), a Contributing Editor, Writer, and weekly Law Enforcement Chaplain inspirational & educational content provider for CHAPLAINUSA.ORG. Fr Jeff is also a Law Enforcement Chaplain with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD), Training Developer & Coordinator for the IMPD Chaplain Academy, a Graduate of the Central Indiana Public Safety Foundation’s Citizens' Academy, a member of the Indy Public Safety Alliance, a Member of the Indianapolis (Indy - Marion County) CERT Team (Community Emergency Response Team), a program of the Indiana Division of Homeland Security, and is CISM Educated. Fr Jeff is also an Advisory Member of the Indiana State Chaplain Coordinated Response (ISCCR) Council (Statewide law Enforcement Chaplain Disaster Response).  Fr Jeff serves on the "Special Populations" Disaster Prep Team as Liaison to the LGBTQ Community throughout the state of Indiana. Fr Jeff is an author, Educational Speaker, and Community Engagement Leader. ISCCR Advisory Council in conjunction with other State Agencies for  Disaster Response to a technological, natural, or man-made disaster within the state of Indiana. Fr Jeff is a Professional Member of the First Responder Chaplain (Crisis Chaplain) Division of the Spiritual Care Association, is trained in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), a Critical Incident Stress Debrief Instructor, and an International Conference of Police Chaplains (ICPC) trained Chaplain and a member of the Indiana Guard Reserves Chaplain Corps.
